About the 2023 Get Up & Move Challenge!

The Get Up & Move Challenge is a free, 5-day Challenge designed to encourage more intentional movement throughout the day! 
Designed particularly for those who are often at a desk all day, the Challenge offers ideas and inspiration to help Challengers move a bit move, (and why moving is critical to health and well-being!)
This year's Challenge runs from from Monday, October 16 through Friday, October 20. 

Challengers receive:
Downloadable tracker to track movements during the day

A chance to WIN prizes!*

● Email and online encouragement plus ideas on how to incorporate

more movement in to daily routines
Access to private Get Up & Move Challenge Community to share successes and find encouragement

The inaugural Get Up & Move Challenge was held in 2020, as a partnership between Jennifer Wolf, (Jenna West Romance Author) and Teri Olivier (Celebrate! Work from Home).
